Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your item/s or they are not as anticipated you may return them to us for a refund up to 14 days from the purchase date. Items must be returned to us in their original, unused condition with any labels as originally attached. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will also replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to return an item please include a note with your name and contact details. We would also appreciate you contacting us first.
You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items. Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For should be sufficient.
We will refund your purchase to your original method of payment within 3-5 days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund payment.
We will also refund return postage costs but we will require proof of payment.
